By commissioning me, you trust that my art style best fits your project.

Please be nice! It is likely that the artist and the client come from different time zones. This may mean that the artist cannot respond immediately to the client’s messages. I will do my best to respond within 24 hours of your query.

The client reserves the right to their original character/s. This includes the concepts and the designs of the character.

The client reserves the right to information pertaining to their commission request. Personal queries regarding the artist nor client are not allowed.

The artist reserves the right to the finished piece. This includes use of the finished piece in the artist’s portfolio and social media. Erasure of the artist and claiming it as your own work is not allowed.

The artist reserves the right to decline commissions for any reason. This includes uncomfortable subject matters or if the artist is not confident in fulfilling the request. Should the client be found to be withholding information (such as but not limited to, the relationship of the characters), the client will be held responsible for damages and will be permanently blacklisted.

The artist may use the commissioned piece in their portfolio and as social media material. This is by default, but you may ask the artist if you want to exclude your commission order.

Contact the artist through Twitter. Please include commission type, additions (if any), instructions, and character references. From there, the client and the artist will further discuss the details of the commission.

Pricing is in USD. Please check the current conversion rate for your currency to ensure exact conversion.

Payment is done through Paypal. For PH clients, GCash is accepted. Please wait for an invoice to be sent to the client for confirmation and payment.

Payment must upfront or 50% before commission is started. The client must pay either full price or 50% of total before the artist starts the commission. The latter 50% must be paid before commission delivery.

Commission will start once the artist and the client has confirmed the payment. Once the payment has been confirmed and settled, only then will the order be started.

No refunds or cancellations once the draft has been started. Once the draft for your order has begun, you can no longer cancel the commission nor request for a refund.

The artist can offer refunds if the commission has not been started yet. 100% of what you have paid can be refunded if no work has been started on your commission.

Commissions will take around 2-12 weeks (from acknowledgement of payment) depending on the type and the complexity of the order. It is possible that the commission will be finished earlier than estimated. The number of commissions taken may also affect delivery day. If the commission will take longer than estimated, the artist will duly notify the client.

Weekends are days off. As of now, I am working a freelance job for 8 hours, 6 days every week, leaving only Sundays as rest days. (I'm only human as well, I hope you understand. Thank you!)

Please refer here for progress updates on your order. Progress updates will also be sent once the commission has been started.

The number of revisions will depend on the type of commission ordered by the client. Please read the commission type carefully! Progress will be sent to the client for updates and revisions. Please use this time to comment on what to improve or change according to your order.

Finished commission piece is for personal use only. Finished artwork cannot be repurposed or redistributed, unless purely for personal use. For commercial purposes, please contact the artist for negotiations.

In no way, shape, form, or manner may the commissioned piece, including the sketches, concepts, and revisions, be used for any AI or blockchain related activities. Doing so will be cause for permanent blacklisting.
